HOW TO SHOP ON OUR WEBSITE
Find what you are looking for
There are several ways to find the product you are looking for:
- You can click your way to it in our product navigation.
- You can use our ‘Quick order’ function in the menu if you already know the article numbers of the products you want to order.
- You can use our search function. Enter your search term in the field and then click ‘Search’. More information on how to search is found under ‘Search tips’.
Once you find the product you are interested in, click on the ‘Select’ button for more product information. On the product page, click on ‘Order’ to add the product to your shopping cart.
When you click on ‘Order’, the product is placed in your shopping cart. The shopping cart shows the number of products and your order total.
When you click on the ‘To checkout’ button, you are taken to your shopping cart, where you can change your order and its content.
On this page, you can also save your shopping cart to a favourite list , which you can then use when making purchases in the future.
In order to make purchases from us, you must have a registered account with unique information. This ensures that you get the right price information and delivery data. Once you have selected all of your items, click on ‘To checkout’. You can change item quantities if necessary. You can also delete items. Check that your address and your order are correct before completing your order.
All prices in the web shop are shown excluding VAT.
If you are an existing customer, you log in with your username and password.
Registration – apply for an account
If you do not have an account, or you have made purchases from us previously and want to streamline your shopping experience, you can register your information in our form direcly under ‘Apply for account’ via ‘Log in’ or ‘Contact’ in the upper menu or via ‘Contact us’ in the footer menu. Once Customer Service has processed your application, you will receive a username and password by email. You will then be able to shop quickly and easily whenever you want. If you later need to change your customer details, you can do this under ‘My account’ after logging in.
Confirm your order
Once all information on the checkout page is correct, be sure to check the delivery and payment method, which is automatically retrieved from our system. Also fill in any other information you wish to provide. Then click on ‘Complete purchase’.
Payments are made via PDF invoice, digital e-invoice, or physical invoice (paper copy) depending on which method your company chose for payments to Wennerström Ljuskontroll AB. Invoices are sent separately according to the chosen payment method.
Order confirmation – Order acknowledgement – Delivery confirmation
Once you see ‘Thank you for your order’ on your screen, you will be sent an order confirmation by email to the address you specified during registration. The email will confirm that we have received your order and will be processing it as soon as possible. It will also indicate your order number.
Customer Service will then process your order and an order acknowledgement will be sent to you as soon as your order has ben checked against our available stock. The acknowledgement will also indicate the expected delivery date. Naturally, we will get in touch with you if we have any questions.
After Customer Service has processed your order, it will be packaged and shipped. Once dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email, which will indicate the expected delivery date and a tracking ID.
You can follow your order status under ‘My account’.
Unless otherwise indicated, the products are shipped immediately from our warehouse. Products indicated as in stock are usually shipped out the same day if the order is processed before 11:00. Orders processed after 11:00 are usually shipped the next business day. Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 business days. If you place an order for products that we do not have in stock, the delivery date will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
You can see your previous orders under ‘My account’. If you click on an order, you can view additional information, plus all order rows. You can copy an order and use it when placing a new order. If you click on the article code, completed deliveries are shown. In the order overview, you can see your delivery status by clicking on ‘Track order’.
